State Grand Jury Unit within the Division of Criminal
Justice is responsible for the review and scheduling
of all criminal investigations and cases that are
presented to the State Grand Jury by the Division
attorneys. The unit oversees the presentation and
monitors subsequent trial and other disposition of
the prosecution of indictments emanating from the
State Grand Jury. |
